The platform is a hub for photographers who believe in potential but cannot have the expected success. By using our platform and website, you agree to waive CSV USA, Inc. any responsibility for non-compliance of a user with any local country laws.

Should any conflict arise, these Terms and other Terms set up by the photographer, these Terms for sale will prevail. These Terms for purchase and all sales of a photograph are conditioned upon your agreement to these Terms for purchase
During the purchase of a photograph or products, you will be required to pay for taxes or fees depending on the country or region you are placing your order. You must pay for such taxes, which is included in the purchase price of the photograph or product on sale. You will be responsible for paying all shipping charges applicable to the order; the costs will be visible on the checkout page for you to verify, correct, or change.
We will contact you to make any correction to the order before processing for shipping, and you will be given the privilege to cancel your order should you wish to. All orders are FOB shipping point, which means the title of the goods passes to you upon shipment. CSV USA, Inc. will use reasonable efforts to ship all orders within the estimated delivery time applicable to the method of shipping you have chosen at the time of order. CSV USA, Inc. or the Photographer reserve the right to substitute another shipping vendor to deliver the order. Our client gallery is designed for individual photographer use only. Businesses and Photography studio with more than one photographer should contact us for unique options. Every single collection is created with a code for an event. This code is shared among clients who wish to make a purchase. We have the right to charge additional fees to the individual photographer who goes above the fair usage stipulated amount that is determined to be more than 100 GB of bandwidth per month and 20 G.B. per collection. Papzzy.com has the right to terminate any account immediately should there be unlawful, prohibited, abnormal, or unusual activity. Or your use of the product is contrary to our fair usage policy.

Service and we are unable to resolve it through dialogue (as described above), CSV USA, Inc. will Directive 2013/11/EU on Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution. The European Commission Online Dispute Resolution ("ODR") can be accessed at eu.europa.eu/odr.
We Undertake To:

Any dispute between the parties that is not subject to Arbitration or cannot be heard in small claims court, hence it will be resolved by Arbitration.
CSV USA, Inc. reserves the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Services, and to block or prevent your future access to, and use of, the Services.
If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
